How to do a head stand

Hello babes, did I ever tell you that one of my favorite inversions is a headstand or did my Instagram feed give me away? Lol! Am totally game for headstands not only because they’re instagram worthy on all levels but for their beauty and Fitness benefits as well. 

Performing a headstand once a day for at least 1 minute increases blood flow and nutrients to your face and scalp, hello glow face! Because headstands challenge gravity, your skin is forced to hang in the opposite direction #facelift 

Getting into a headstand requires a lot of core muscle engagement paired with the quads thus fixing in a core-quad muscle workout
