How to do lunge like a pro

Lunges are one of the best exercises for leg toning and my ideal warm up before going for a run with the main target being the quadriceps but of course there are fringe benefits like the glutes and hamstrings, calves and core muscles. Lunges seem very simple to perform which is somewhat true yet also easily done wrong. If done right, they’re literally the best gift you could give to your legs but when incorrectly performed, the risks are hideous!
