Hello beautiful people,
Today am putting an end to this one excuse; am too busy to workout. I have heard this excuse so many times to which I always roll my eyes but I can only roll them too much before they unplug from their sockets lol. Anyway I came up with a 5 minute full body workout routine that requires no equipment and can be performed any where at anytime, hello people who “catch flights not feelings” this is also good for those new to working out, you can start here.
