Hello beautiful people, let’s talk papaya
Leave it up to me to be extra even with just a simple bowl of papaya, I will at least add a super food because why not take in as much nutrients as possible.. Also it looks better on the gram lol see my life!
Jokes aside, I love super foods and try to take in as much as I can because the benefits are beyond but the truth is, they have no taste at least that’s what my palette thinks so I get creative on how to consume them and here is one way, simply sprinkle them on your favorite fruit like I did here with the papaya and the flax seeds, so yummy!
If you’re not big on papaya or flax seeds, i just want to let you know that papaya is a good source of vitamin C and B, low in fats and easily digested while flax seeds are a super food, good source of plant based protein, omega-3s, fiber among many more nutrients.
