This Week’s vlogpost is a plank tutorial, a plank is by far one of my most performed exercise.This year alone, I have performed a plank for 16 hours and counting, my target is to have performed 24 hours by December but I already see that ship sailing so can settle for 18 hours.
If you wondering why am a zealous planker, this exercise alone tones arms, core and legs in one go! #Tripplethreat the back strengthening and endurance are the icing on the cake. If done consistently, be rest assured that in a week you will start feeling the results.
