Here is a tutorial on how to do a tripod. If you’re not familiar, its a yoga inversion which is pretty much the final pose while transitioning from a crawl pose. Among all yoga inversions, I have found the it to be the easiest mainly because you have support from three points: head, right and left palm.
Doing a tripod is very beneficial to your body, mind and soul;
- It strengthen’s the core and quadriceps
- Increases focus and concentration
- lengthens the back
- Gives your face the glow!
