Quick one, who loves pole fitness and is curious enough to try it? You’ve all seen it once or twice in the movies and probably think it’s all about strip clubs, being sexy and just dancing around, that’s not true at all. From experience, pole fitness is more than what we perceive from the movies.
In simple terms, pole fitness is the use of a pole to work out your body muscles. It’s a very fun and effective workout that’s quickly becoming main stream, I mean am already hooked on it. Come to think of it, like most of you, I’ve been down for it from childhood. Do you remember twirling around a pole with one arm on the pole and the other up in the air? Toned legs; yep, that’s right, pole fitness works the leg muscles too, most movements require wrapping your legs around the pole which calls for active hamstrings and quadriceps.
Back: pole fitness also gives your back a good stretch and definition aka strong back or as I like to say, reverse aging. A strong back means that you can rock those 6 inch whenever! #foreveryoung
